Services i can offer are: discussions at home or in a setting you're comfortable with; outings to local community settings – parks, cafes, galleries, community hubs, etc; support and transport for local medical appointments, Centrelink appointments, shopping; mindfulness techniques, exploration of new or existing hobbies as a therapeutic process.
