I specialise in self-management capacity building, peer-support, mentoring and Support Coordination. I have years of experience with Deaf and hard of hearing individuals and can sufficiently communicate in AUSLAN, or, work with Interpreters effortlessly where needed. If you or your NDIS participant is seeking the most out of their NDIS plan or seeking avenues to have the NDIS understand and acknowledge your support needs, my experience and approaches to understanding your goals and needs can get you the outcome you seek.

CATA a NDIS provider and is an Allied Health profession working with psychological and physical wellbeing using a creative, person centred and holistic approach. Counselling and psychotherapy provides clients and carers with assistance to understand and manage situations, behaviours and relationships associated with their need for care and mental health. CATA provides one on one or group sessions with qualified and experienced Creative Art Therapists and supports people to achieve their goals in a safe and relaxed space, to explore thoughts and feelings in visual form without judgement or interpretation.
