Psychology

I have worked within community health and private practice settings since the end of 2014. I work with adolescent and adult clients and clients from different cultural and religious backgrounds. I see a broad range of clients including those who have experienced complex and single incident trauma, difficulties managing anger, anxiety and depressive disorders, grief, relationship concerns and managing life transitions. I utilise a client centred approach and am passionate about working with clients to assist them to better understand their concerns and then collaborate with them to work out what strategies may be most helpful. I utilise a range of strategies including from Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and mindfulness based therapy.

we would like to to introduce a new provider to the area Making my support services accessible to the many participants of the NDIS is my goal and my ambition is to provide the top-notch support to all participants regardless of where they live. No person should be discriminated against based on their post code. We work extensively with both NDIS and aged care providers nationwide with a network of over 700 service providers nationally. We currently provide domestic cleaning and gardening (we will shortly also be offering additional services including pest control and pool cleaning). Our regular cleaning price is $40 per hour, providing participants significant value compared to the NDIS price guide. I am a registered and endorsed clinical psychologist. I have specialist training in the area of clinical psychology in both public mental health and private settings. I have extensive experience working with adults and adolescents in community public mental health services and also working in private practice and currently practices in both settings. I can also provide psychological consultation to Greek speaking clients. I have extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures with a range of presenting issues including Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, Schizophrenia, ID, Autism,ABI, ADHD and Anxiety
