We champion this at the moment with our eSports Employment Program for eligible SLES (School Leavers Employment Support) participants as well as those who are interested in developing career/life skills in the eSports/gaming industry. We have a CRANK app in early release (in App Store and Google Play) that will serve as a platform to support our non-traditional jobseekers to overcome traditional barriers of employment and connect with meaningful interest-based career outcomes.
